GUARANTEE
JSC "MAZ-MAN" guarantees good operation of the vehicles under fulfillment of conditions stipulated in the operating instructions manual of the vehicle. The manufacturing plant undertakes the guarantee obligations regarding the construction, materials and operation of mechanisms in condition of proper explotation of the vehicles and their service and technical maintenance during the following terms:
- for the vehicle
12 months from the date of putting the vehicles into operation or
18 months from the date of the shipment of the vehicles from the manufacturing plant or
75 000 km — 100 00 km mileage (subject to to road and climate conditions) — (dependiton on which of these circumstances comes first);
- for engine, gear — box
24 months from the date of putting the vehicles into operation or
30 months from the date of the shipment of the vehicles from the manufacturing plant or
150 000 — 200.000 êì mileage (subject to to road and climate conditions) — (dependiton on which of these circumstances comes first);
- for cabin (guarantee against corrosion)
48 months from the date of putting the vehicles into operation or
54 months from the date of the shipment of the vehicles from the manufacturing plant (dependiton on which of these circumstances comes first);
The Seller’s guarantee is valid for a period of or The guarantee shall not be applied to rapidly-wearing and spare parts as well as parts which suffered from natural wear. Neither does it apply to the damage resulting from the improper storage, assembly, repairs, maintenance or operation of vehicles, resulting from exploiting of the vehicles by non-experienced personnel and from non-observance of the technical instructions concerning the assembly and/or putting in exploitation and maintenance of vehicles.
