Technical service, all kinds of "MAZ-MAH" car repairs performed at specialized dealers stations, aswell as MAN stations in CIS countries and Western Europe. For example, inBelarus there are 3 specialized stations, including firm station in theterritory of the company.

“MAZ-MAH” service department specialists monitor carefully the quality of works carried out atservice stations, the availability of necessary tools and equipment. Also we conduct regular personnel training. Outside Belarus there are actively workingspecialized stations in Russia and Ukraine.

Specialists ofthe enterprise maintain constant feedback from customers, usingthe MAZ-MAH products, figuringout their comments and suggestions. Inaddition, we carefully track each case of warranty repair. The resulting information is analyzed and promptly communicated to themanufacturer. The manufacturer takes over the warranty on design, materials and work arrangements,subject to proper technical operation and maintenance.
